At Pace we are "Proud to be Canadian". This privately owned Canadian company was incorporated in Kitchener, Ontario in July of 1987. Pace continues to have its Head Office location in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

The Pace Consulting Group Inc. was founded for the expressed purpose of providing organizations of all types with quality Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. Consistent with the original concept, Pace gathered together a group of healthcare professionals who had a particular interest in consulting to business. These specialists in the counselling and healthcare fields were formed into a team, initially made up of 10 people, who together, became the Pace Consulting Group.

Since its' beginnings in 1987, Pace has experienced considerable growth. Employee Assistance Program services are now provided to companies and organizations throughout Ontario and in the major centres across Canada. The original 10 specialists have now become over 300, and Pace offers not only EAPs but a range of Employee Health Education as well as Organizational Consulting services.
