Management and Post-Startup Communications |

The set-up and launch of your EAP is the beginning of your relationship
with us as an EAP provider. As with any new program, there is the need for
monitoring the program's progress, and, for communication between us at
Pace as the provider and you the company. To facilitate this communication,
a Program Manager will be assigned from Pace to your specific company
EAP. This Program Manager will be available at short notice to: answer your
questions, resolve issues and to assist where necessary employees accessing
the program, or with a supervisor's dilemma in regard to a struggling employee.
As clients you are provided direct access to our Ownership and Management
personnel whenever you choose. Of course the confidentiality of those who
use the program will be maintained at all times.
Part of our post-startup communication is the provision of useful and
timely Statistics and Reports. These reports vary in detail and
depth from the Monthly Program Statistics that are provided, to
the Six-month and Annual Reports that go into much greater
detail and program analysis. Yearly Program Reviews are also conducted
with each of our accounts where we can recommend changes or make adjustments
when necessary.
Post-startup is really about our ongoing involvement and committment
to your new EAP. We have a reputation with our existing accounts for being
excellent communicators and for always being there whenever they
need us. We are confident that your organization's experience with Pace
would be no different.
